Documentary - Salted
Salted is a short documentary that explores how emotions are felt through the flavors of food, as experienced and told by migrants who have crossed the Mediterranean sea into Europe. Seeking to recreate the sensation of the spicy Bangladeshi fuska or Gambian maafe, the project showcases how food serves as a symbol of memory, home, and cultural identity for those navigating displacement.

Collecting the City - Amsterdam Museum
Mals Media - Junior producer
For film production company Mals Media, I co-created this introductory video with them about the project Collecting the City by the Amsterdam Museum. Until 2025, Collecting the City is the place where the museum “collects” and presents the vibrant city, in collaboration with various partners and groups across the city. During this period, neighborhood museums, networks, local artists, and passionate residents share their stories and objects about Amsterdam.

Fotoclub des Vaderlands is a five-part youth web series. The series is a production by Photographer of the Netherlands Jan Dirk van der Burg, director Eefje Suijkerbuijk, and cultural production house Mals Media. I worked on the project as a junior producer and contributed to the editorial process.
