Salted, a documentary by Ayunda Stel and Maxim de Heer, follows three residents of Palermo as they prepare fuska, benachin, and mantu; dishes that tell their stories of tradition, home and personal memories. Most of all, it highlights how food traditions are always changing, and how eating together brings us together.

The first screening took place at Piazza Santa Chiara, Palermo. In collaboration with: Moltivolti, Oriente da Shapoor, Associazione Senegalese, Gambian Association in Palermo, Ballarò Buskers.
